To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), download and fill in the form below and submit it through one of the channels below. For applications by email, you may sign and scan the form and send it from your email address registered on the Platform.

We kindly ask that you write “Data Subject Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” in the subject line of the application envelope or email.
*For applications in person, only the front side of a document proving your identity needs to be presented (with the blood type and religion fields not visible).
Your requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the process additionally requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
